Bergguren Ortakent Homes consist of 13 houses located within a 35,000m² land in the Ortakent Alatepe area, each with a private garden. The garden areas of the houses are approximately 2,000 m². The houses feature underfloor heating and are designed for year-round use. The enclosed areas are approximately 300 m², while the total living spaces, including terraces and balconies, are around 400 m². The homes will be delivered no later than December 2026, and sales have already begun.
