Ali Pamir is the Chairman and co-founder of Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş. since 1993. Prior to joining Pamir & Soyuer, Pamir served as the CEO of Colliers International in Istanbul from 1991 to 1993. Between 1988 to 1991, he worked at Turk Merchant Bank, an affiliate of Bankers Trust Co. and İşbank as a Manager in the Corporate Finance Department. In 1987, before joining Turk Mechant Bank, Pamir worked at Iktisat Bankası as an Associate in the Capital Markets Department. Pamir earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from Pennsylvania State University (PSU) in 1984, and received his MBA at PSU in 1986. Pamir is a Capital Markets Board Certified Appraiser, and currently an Executive Board Member of Berggruen A.Ş.

Firuz Soyuer is the Vice Chairman and co-founder of Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş.. Prior to joining Pamir & Soyuer, Soyuer served as Vice President at Colliers International, Istanbul between 1991 and 1993 and as an Associate at Turk Merchant Bank, an affiliate of Bankers Trust Co. and İşbank, between 1990 and 1991. Soyuer earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1985. He completed his graduate study in Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1988 where he received an MBA in Finance. He is a Capital Markets Board Certified Appraiser and holds MRICS (RICS) and MAI (Appraisal Institute) professional designations. Mr. Soyuer was a lecturer at Istanbul Technical University Real Estate Development Graduate Program between 2010-2013 and Bahcesehir University MBA in Real Estate Program between 2014-2017. He is also member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 1999 and ULI Turkey District Council Executive Committee since 2003.

Mehmet Pamir is a Board Member of Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş. since 1993. After graduating from the Civil Engineering Department of the Bosphorus University in 1999, Pamir worked as a Managing Partner at Studio 14 Architecture and Urban Design between 1991-1996. Since 1996, Pamir is serving as the Vice Chairman of Oteks A.Ş. and since 2005 he is an Executive Board Member of Berggruen Construction and Project Development A.Ş..

Özlem Şahin Pamir is the Director of the Advisory Services and Investments at Pamir and Soyuer A.Ş. She has more than 13 years of professional real estate experience specialising in valuation of commercial properties for purposes of real estate lending, due diligence, IPO valuations, investment and development advisory. Şahin-Pamir has an extensive experience on financial feasibility, highest and best use analysis, and market research for mixed use and large scale development consultancy for developers, investors, embassies, landowners, municipalities and financial institutions. Prior to Pamir & Soyuer she has worked at International Competitiveness Research Institution as an analyst for regional development projects. After receiving a B.Sc. degree from Middle East Technical University in Urban Planning, Şahin received an M.S. degree from Boğaziçi University in Industrial Engineering Department. Şahin received her PhD degree at İstanbul Technical University in 2012, and she is a Capital Markets Board Certified Appraiser, and a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).

İhsan Poyraz has been working as a Manager in Project Development and Marketing Department at Pamir & Soyuer since 2014. Prior to joining Pamir & Soyuer, Poyraz worked as the Marketing Manager for Berggruen Construction and Project Development between 2006-2014, overseeing the marketing of Berggruen’s residential projects in Turkey and overseas. Before joining Berggruen, Poyraz was employed in tourism and entertainment sectors in Turkey and USA.

Hazal Seher Özkan Bali is a Senior Appraiser and Broker at Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş. since 2010. She has experience in valuation and has worked for a number of high profile valuation projects. On behalf of international users and developers, Özkan-Bali has prepared reports including retail, industrial, hotel, office and residential projects, as well as mixed use and land assets in Turkey. Prior to joining Pamir & Soyuer, she worked as an Appraiser at Çelen and Harmoni Real Estate Valuation firms between 2005 and 2010. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Survey Engineering in 2005 and received her Master Degree in Geomatics in 2009 from Yıldız Technical University. Ozkan-Bali is a Capital Markets Board Certified Appraiser since 2005 and she is also a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds MAI designation.

Ozan Sevindik is an Associate at Pamir and Soyuer. He has earned his BA from New York University in Political Sciences
and Economics. Sevindik, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and is well experienced in New York City’s
Commercial Real Estate Market. Prior joining Pamir & Soyuer, Sevindik worked at Citicore LLC. as a Broker and at Eren Holding
as a Real Estate Investments Consultant.

Eray Karabağlı has been working as a Construction Manager at Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş. since 2012. After graduating from Celal Bayar University Civil Engineering Department, he worked as a field engineer at various subway and railway construction projects in Adana, Bursa, and Eskişehir. Prior to joining Pamir & Soyuer A.Ş., Karabağlı worked as a Control Engineer at Keskinoğlu Group between 2011-2012.
